The Research & Development Grants support people and their ideas using creativity and cultural methods for positive change at a local, regional and/or European level. The grants provide seed money that offers the opportunity to explore new and daring concepts. They actively support knowledge development through opportunities to network, finding new partners for collaboration, sharing tools for developing ideas and taking part in training and residencies.
Courageous Citizens: Open Call for Research & Development Grants 2018
The European Cultural Foundation loves ideas that create positive change and equality through culture. With the 2018 open call for research & development grants, the Foundation is searching for daring, bold ideas that focus on inclusiveness, are minority-led, and connect people within and beyond communities on a local, regional, and/or European level.
The 2018 theme is Courageous Citizens: Every person living in every village, city and town is a citizen, not just a chosen few. Courageous Citizens are individuals, collectives and organisations whose energy and courage help to cultivate Europe as a home.
Do you have a bold and innovative idea for…
Then the Foundation would love to hear from you and learn more about your idea!
Partners in this call are: 4iS Plataforma Para A Inovação Social (Portugal); We Make Places CIC (UK); Eutropian (Italy); Right to the City (Croatia) and Les Têtes de I’Art (France).
